Milestones that reflect our journey to uplift lives and provide hope to underprivileged children.
Rainbow Children Home – Nepal was officially registered with the Chief District Office of Kaski (Reg. No. 2092), with a mission to provide care and support for orphaned and disadvantaged children. Since its establishment, the organization has worked tirelessly to create a safe and nurturing environment for children in need. Through education, healthcare, and emotional support, Rainbow Children Home strives to give every child the opportunity to grow and thrive.
In response to Nepal's decade-long conflict, which left thousands of children orphaned, Rainbow Children Home (RCH) was founded to help rebuild their lives. The organization aimed to provide a safe haven and support for children affected by the conflict. Through care, education, and guidance, RCH has worked to restore hope and create brighter futures for these children.
Since its inception, Rainbow Children Home (RCH) has provided a secure and loving home to 19 children aged 2 to 14. The organization ensures that these children receive essential care, including food, shelter, healthcare, and access to education. Through these efforts, RCH strives to give them the foundation for a better future.
Recognizing the impact of trauma, Rainbow Children Home (RCH) prioritized the mental well-being of its children by providing counseling services and emotional care. These efforts have helped improve the children's behavior and social interactions. By addressing their emotional needs, RCH ensures a healthier and more supportive environment for their growth.
All children at Rainbow Children Home now attend local schools, such as National Inventive English Boarding School, with many experiencing formal education for the first time. This opportunity has led to remarkable academic progress. The organization is proud to see the children excel and develop a love for learning.
Rainbow Children Home (RCH) is actively collaborating with families in Pokhara to improve the treatment of child servants. The organization is dedicated to providing these children with access to basic education at the center, giving them the opportunity for a better future. Through this initiative, RCH aims to empower child servants and break the cycle of exploitation and neglect.
