Rainbow Children Home- Nepal is a non-profitable and charitable social welfare NGO working for orphans, disadvantaged, abandoned, and underprivileged children. Established in 2007, it aims to provide free education, shelter, and health care to those in need, equipping them with skills for a successful future. Currently, RCH provides a loving home to 19 children aged 2 to 14 years.
Since its founding in March 2007, RCH-Nepal has rehabilitated its children both mentally and physically. All attend school—most for the first time—and have made remarkable academic progress. A full-time teacher supports academic and personal development, helping children adapt to social environments and life skills. Personal hygiene education has improved their overall health and confidence.
RCH-Nepal is also working to improve the welfare of child servants in the Pokhara region. While some are treated well, many are not. The director is advocating for their right to education by requesting families allow children to attend school or come to RCH for daily lessons from our house teacher.
